Thaaaaaaank you for being the voice of reason! I sometimes think the only people who write about medium are the greenhorns trying to figure it out. and that’s okay, for them. But it creates an environment where their success seems like the benchmark, when in reality, they’ve got a long way to go. Listening to their definitions of success seems like a great way to miss your own mark or aspirations.
